There are two prints with (seemingly) identical titles, both printed by A.W., both for Conyers - however, the print held in the Lilly Library, and referenced with ESTC N33102, appears to have been


This text appears to be the subject of Bond (1937)'s article, suggesting that this text adds the Erasto narratives onto the end of the usual Historia text.
