Regarding the scribe, the full signature is vlricus de weylhaim jn opido Wienn Anno 1440 jn octava sancti Johannis ewangeliste (see Roth 2004, p.92).
"Historia" stands out as an independent text but the "Historia"-text as well as the "Gesta Romanorum" are heavily abridged; Roth calls it an "etwas ausführlicheres Inhaltsverzeichnis" (a slightly more detailed index); the reductiones are only indicated (see Roth 2004, p.92).
According to Roth, this manuscript (as well as St. Gallen Stiftsbibliothek Cod. 939) cannot be sorted into one of the Groups (see Roth 2004, p.92).
