However, blank spaces suggest that initials were intended, or, on fol. 29v, a slightly bigger space might have even been left blank for a more elaborate initial (illustration). There are also the names of the masters in the margins to mark the beginning of their story (see for example fol. 31v and 32v). - number of lines: 36-38
