General Notes (Internal)

Note on foliation: there is some discrepancy between the BNF catalogue, and external sites and scholarship (Arlima, JONAS, etc.). However, the BNF's statement of foliation also does not correspond with the foliation of their digitised version of the manuscript (which I have used to supply the folio range at the top of the page); therefore folio numbers should be taken under caution and double checked.
