The information from the National Library of Wales simply indicates that the manuscript, which it titles 'Rhyddiaith', dates from between 1575 and 1800; the scribe Llywelyn Sion lived between roughly 1540 and 1615, however, so presumably a late 16th-century date for this text is appropriate.
